I am 22 years old and working towards a career in the flight deck. Outside of aviation, I love adventurous winter sports like skiing and snowboarding, I also enjoy ice skating when I get the opportunity. When I'm not flying I love to bake and cook, photograph a sunset, play the piano, I recently started scrapbooking which has been a fun creative hobby. I've also got back into enjoying reading on my kindle. One of my favourite things to do in a new place or city is to 'get lost' and just explore, taking different streets and seeing where I end up. As long as I have my phone, data signal and money I can't be that lost!

My journey into aviation actually started before I became cabin crew as I have been exposed to the industry from very young *fun fact, I had my 1st birthday on a plane coming home from Dubai*. However since becoming cabin crew it really solidified the career for me, even just down to living the lifestyle and the unpredictability, nothing can prepare you for that other than just living it! After leaving crew I joined a flying school and embarked on becoming a pilot, and that is where I am currently, in Spain for the flying phase of my training...

This website was something I wanted to create to help girls find out more about what the progression is like from cabin crew to pilot. Things I wish I knew before I started as well as a place you can visit for all the information in one place.
When I was looking into becoming a pilot my school at the time didn't know what advice to give me, and were hesitant because I wasn't going to uni, and they didn't have any information on this career. My hope is that with a website like this you will be able to feel confident in your decision and you have the information to help you make the best choices.
